Free, Targeted Email Campaign that Connects Veterinary Practices with Patients They Have Not Seen in 14 Months or More
Yardley, PA (August 18, 2015) – With a mission of ensuring that pets receive the preventive healthcare they deserve through regular visits to the veterinarian, Partners for Healthy Pets (PHP) is providing veterinary practices with an opportunity to participate in a free program that offers proven success in bringing clients back who have not been in for over 14 months.

Through targeted emails, the initial program reconnected practices with over 16,800 past due patients; 80% of which had not been in for a checkup in over 16 months.

Veterinarians who choose to participate in this free program will have personalized email reminders sent, designed to encourage and motivate clients who have not visited their veterinarian in over 14 months to schedule a checkup. An optional $25 discount on services can be included in the email if clients make an appointment within a month of receiving the email promotion.
